Cartesian Coordinate Robot COMPO ARM BA-C Series

Controller TS1000

This SCARA robot controller can accommodate a maximum control axes of 4.
Provided with a wide variety of functions including interrupt processing, signal and communication processing during operation, arithmetic operation, limiting torque, sequencer, and self-diagnosis.

Controller TS2000

This SCARA robot controller can accommodate a maximum control axes of 5 (4 axes as standard).
Provided with a wide variety of functions including interrupt processing, signal and communication processing during operation, arithmetic operation, limiting torque, sequencer, and self-diagnosis.

Controller TS3100V2

Cartesian Coordinate Robot COMPO ARM BA-C Series

COMPO ARM BA-C Series are compact Cartesian Coordinate Robots equipped with AC servomotor, available as substitutes for air equipment. It is available in three axis types – slider, table, and rod.

BA-Ⅲ Controller (Master Unit)

This is used as a master unit for control of single-axis models to four-axis models. It includes a driver board for a single axis.
Programs use the same COMPO ARM language as before for enabling easy teaching operations.
The power supply uses multi-power (100 V to 115 V AC, 200 V to 230 V) for supporting globalized production.
The input signal can be selected from NPN type or PNP type.
In sequential mode, a multitask function (number of controlled axes: 4) capable of handling up to four tasks is provided for enabling the simultaneous execution of multiple jobs.

BA-Ⅱ Controllers (Master Unit)

Used as the master unit for single-axis control and orthogonal (or cartesian) two-axis control.
Easy teaching is possible by a program which is created by using the ROIbot language.
For the supply power, multi power (AC100 V-120 V, 200 V- 240 V) is used to cope with globalized production.
The pulse train input mode is provided as the special function of the master unit, which allows control of axis travel distance and speed by pulses supplied from an external pulse generator.
The multitask function (No. of controlled axes: 4) is also available, which allows execution of up to four tasks in the sequential mode, two or more jobs can be executed at the same time.

Controller CA01-M05 for Compact Cartesian Coordinate Robots

Controller CA01-M05 for Compact Cartesian Coordinate Robots now features torque control and other new functions.

Controllers (High-Performance Master Unit)

Enables simultaneous control of up to four axes
Capable of XX-Y (Gantry type) two-axis simultaneous control required for high-load transporting applications
Includes 2D and 3D linear interpolation and circular interpolation and path functions for enabling operations where path tracking is important
Enables general-purpose output control ON and OFF at the coordinates specified during robot movement (command word: OUTS)
Enables changing of target position in coordinate data received by RS-232C communication while the axis is moving toward a specified coordinate (command word: RSMV)
Includes multitask function which allows execution of up to four tasks for input/output control in sequential mode (one task only during axis operation)

BA-Ⅲ Controller (Slave Unit)

This unit is used as an auxiliary unit when controlling the master unit.
This unit includes a driver for single-axis driving.
The power supply uses multi-power (100 V to 115 V AC, 200 V to 230 V) for supporting globalized production.

(Note: The CA25-S40 and CA25-S80 use 200 V to 230 V AC power only.)

BA-Ⅱ Controllers

Used as an auxiliary unit when controlling the master unit or high-performance master unit. A driver unit for one axis control is built in this unit.
